Earlier this year, Rescue 30 was requested mutual aid to Harrison to assist in the removal of a victim that was involved in an MVA and was heavily entrapped in their vehicle.
Through the combined efforts of Harrison FD, Purchase FD and Port Chester FD, the victim was successfully extricated.
These members received the Hurst Green Cross Award presented by the Harrison Fire Dept this past week. Although some members involved were unable to attend the presentation of the awards, we would like to acknowledge them here.
