Engine Committee Makes Final Inspection of New Rig

On Tuesday, January 8, 2008, the Purchase Fire Department Engine Committee arrived in Clintonville, Wisconsin to perform a final inspection of their recently completed Marauder II Custom Pumper at Seagrave Fire Apparatus. The committee is spending two days at the factory to ensure that all specifications have been met prior to its delivery to Excelsior Fire Equipment in Mamaroneck, New York. The Purchase Fire Department proudly awaits the engine's arrival in anticipation of many years of quality service to the Purchase Fire District.
