| Earlier this week, the Purchase Fire Department's Engine Committee traveled to Clintonville, Wisconsin, to perform a final inspection of their recently completed Marauder Pumper at Seagrave Fire Apparatus. The committee spent two days at the factory to ensure that all specifications were met prior to the apparatus being delivered to Hudson Valley Fire Equipment in the coming weeks. This new engine will be designated as Engine 239 and will replace Engine 240, a 2003 Seagrave Marauder that has faithfully served the department for more than two decades. The Purchase Fire Department proudly awaits the arrival of Engine 239 and looks forward to many years of reliable, high-quality service to the Purchase Fire District. |
