In October, the Purchase Fire Department responded to 77 calls, bringing our total for the year to 603 responses.

Some notable incidents included:
2 10-75 structure fires
6 structure-related fire responses
2 motor vehicle accidents with extrication
18 automatic/mutual aid responses to neighboring departments

Training highlights included a "live burn" exercise with neighboring departments, as well as focused training on engine and truck company operations. These hands-on experiences continue to strengthen our response capabilities and ensure we remain ready to serve our community.
