June Review

The Purchase Fire Department responded to a total of 78 calls in the month of June. So far in 2023, the Purchase Fire Department has responded to 383 calls of service. Below is a breakdown of Fire Department activity for the month of June.

Responses:

• (15) Motor Vehicle Accidents
• (12) Highway Incidents
• (11) Mutual/Automatic Aid requests out of our district
• (2) Motor Vehicle Accidents with Extrication
• Relocates to Port Chester (1) Engine, Valhalla (F.A.S.T)

Training:

• Aerial Training
• Engine Co. Operations Alternate Stretches
• Driver Training
• Officer Development
• Lithium-Ion Battery

Department News:

• Added a 2nd Assistant Chief to our Command Staff
• Apparatus committee formed for future replacement of Rescue 30
• Held our Annual Golf Outing Fundraiser
