This week, the Purchase Fire Department hosted an evening drill with members from some of our mutual aid departments. (Sleepy Hollow FD and West Harrison FD)

Mutual aid drills are a great opportunity to build the relationship with the members you will work alongside in the future and also serves as an experience to learn of the similarities and differences in the equipment and gear that are carried by all of the departments.

• FAST Pak operations
• SCBA Mask confidence
• Rapid member extrication from an IDLH environment
•What members can do when encountering a downed member prior to a FAST deployment
