Purchase & West Harrison Fire, Harrison PD/EMS operated at a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Westchester Ave. units arrived on scene to find that a dump truck was traveling westbound on Westchester ave with the dump bed extended striking the bridge. the driver of the truck was transported to an area hospital for minor injuries by Harrison EMS. Units operated for 3 hours before going in service.
