The Purchase Fire Department along with the West Harrison Fire Department, Harrison EMS were dispatched to Interstate 684 NB from Interstate 287 for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Units arrived on-scene to find a van vs tractor trailer. Members extricated one party from the van and the individual was transported by Harrison EMS to a local hospital.
Units: PFD 2411 (Command), 2412, Rescue 30, Engine 240.
 
Mutual Aid: WHFD 2502, 2503, Engine 266, Utility 25. Harrison EMS & NYSP.
